Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Sauce Company, Inc.. Your satisfaction is our goal. If we have fallen short of our goal, we promise to refund the full purchase price, credit your account or exchange the unopened product(s) purchase within 21 days from acquisition minus shipping and handling. If product(s) are damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipper. The Sauce Company, Inc. will refund the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. 

  • All product(s) returned must include the original package containing the unopened product(s).  
  • RMA # must be included in the return package (Fill complete our Product Return form to receive this information). 
  • We ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was used for shipping your product(s).  
  • All returns must be received in the same state as when shipped.
